3-Arm Cylinder Honing Tool, Ø 58–168 mm, 100 mm K180 Stones

This three-arm honing tool is designed for cleaning, resurfacing and preparing cylinder walls during engine overhaul work.

It is suitable for cylinders with diameters from 58 to 168 mm and can be driven by an electric or pneumatic drill.

Controlled Honing Pressure

An adjustable spring preloads the three honing stones and presses them evenly against the cylinder wall during operation.

The adjustable contact pressure supports uniform honing and reduces the risk of scoring or cutting into the cylinder surface.

Honing Stones

The tool is equipped with 100 mm honing stones in medium hardness and K180 grit.

These stones are suitable for cleaning, roughening and finishing cylinder walls before fitting new piston rings.

Lubrication

Use the honing tool with low-viscosity oil or a dedicated honing oil applied to the cylinder wall.
