This 54-piece kit provides the essential tools and consumables required for fast and straightforward repair of punctures in tubeless tyres.

Instructions for Use

1. Locate and mark the point where air is escaping.
2. If a foreign object such as a screw or nail is present in the tyre, remove it.
3. Enlarge and prepare the puncture channel using the reaming awl.
4. Insert the tyre repair plug halfway into the plug insertion tool.
5. Apply the installation paste to the centre of the plug and to the puncture channel.
6. Position the tip of the insertion tool at the puncture and push the repair plug into the tyre until approximately 20–30 mm of both ends remain outside the tread.
7. Pull the insertion tool straight upwards and out of the tyre without twisting it.
8. Cut the protruding ends of the plug flush with the tyre tread using the safety knife.
