The automatic mechanism allows cable insulation to be removed precisely and quickly before soldering, crimping, clamping or installation in screw terminals.
The adjustable jaw pressure enables controlled stripping of cables and conductors with thin- or thick-walled insulation from 0.5–6 mm² without damaging the conductor.

Adjustable Stripping Length and Pressure
The adjustment wheel increases or reduces the closing pressure of the gripping and cutting jaws to suit the cable insulation.
The length stop can be rotated through 90°, adjusted to the required stripping length and locked in position. This allows multiple conductors and cable assemblies to be stripped consistently to the same length.
Operating Principle
- Position the cable between the gripping and cutting jaws.
- Close the handles. The left serrated jaw grips and holds the cable securely.
- The right cutting jaw cuts through the insulation.
- As the jaws move apart, the insulation separates at the cut and is pulled from the conductor.
