Rear Differential Driveshaft Seal Installer for BMW 168AL / 168LW – as BMW 333390, 0493172

Professional special installation tool designed for mounting the radial shaft seal of the driveshaft at the input of BMW rear axle differentials.

According to BMW repair procedures, the input shaft seal must always be replaced during leakage repairs or service work on BMW rear differentials with designation 168LW.

This seal installer ensures correct mounting and precise installation depth of the radial shaft seal, helping prevent premature seal failure.

Unlike the original OE version, the reinforced wall construction eliminates the need for a separate striking drift. The tool can be directly struck using a rubber or plastic hammer.

Important Information

Incorrect procedures during loosening and tightening of the insert nut and flange nut may result in severe rear differential damage or failure.
