Professional clutch centering tool set designed for precise alignment of clutch discs during clutch installation and gearbox servicing.

The tool is suitable for clutch disc hub diameters from 15 to 28 mm and can be used on vehicles equipped with or without pilot bearings.

On vehicles without pilot bearing, the clutch disc is centered directly against the friction surface of the clutch pressure plate.

The tool ensures stable and accurate clutch positioning, simplifying transmission installation and reducing the risk of incorrect clutch alignment.

Instructions for Use

Step 1

Install the clamping nut onto the thread of the main tool body.

Step 2

Mount the appropriate expansion sleeve onto the main tool body.

The expansion sleeve should fit as closely as possible inside the clutch disc hub.

Step 3

Position the clutch disc onto the clutch pressure plate and insert the centering tool through the pressure plate until the expansion sleeve is fully seated inside the clutch disc hub.

Step 4

Expand the sleeve using the expansion spindle until it is securely locked inside the clutch disc hub.

Step 5

Align the clutch disc against the friction surface of the pressure plate and secure the clutch disc by tightening the clamping nut against the diaphragm spring.

When centering via pilot bearing, the appropriate centering sleeve must additionally be installed onto the threaded bolt at the end of the centering tool.
