Special tool set for servicing the DPF fuel vaporizer injector on selected Ford diesel engines.
The 22 mm wrench is designed for removing and installing the retaining nut of the DPF fuel vaporizer, while the M20 x 1.5 thread chaser is used to clean and restore the internal mounting thread.
Thread Cleaning and Repair
Carbon deposits, corrosion and contamination can make installation or removal of the DPF fuel vaporizer difficult.
The included M20 x 1.5 thread chaser allows the existing internal thread to be cleaned and restored before installation.
Cleaning grooves in the guide section help remove loosened deposits while the tool is being used.
