This tool kit is designed for the professional removal of seized, corroded or broken glow plugs without removing the cylinder head.
The included puller and slide hammer allow firmly seized glow plugs or remaining glow plug components to be extracted from the cylinder head.
Repair of Damaged M10×1 Threads
The kit enables damaged original M10×1 glow plug threads to be drilled and recut to M12×1. An M12×1 external/M10×1 internal threaded insert is then installed, allowing a standard M10×1 glow plug to be fitted securely.
Guide bushes ensure accurate alignment of the reamers, drills and taps during removal and thread repair.
