This hydraulic crimping pliers set is designed for crimping press fittings onto hose assemblies used in air conditioning systems and hydraulic systems. It is suitable for workshop servicing as well as mobile use in agriculture, truck service and construction machinery maintenance.
The set includes a hydraulic hand unit and a 7-piece die set for common hose and fitting sizes. The colour-coded crimping dies allow quick identification during use and help speed up setup for different hose dimensions.
The tool is designed as a robust hand-operated crimping unit for fast and accurate pressing of hose fittings. It is suitable for maintenance and repair work on A/C hose lines and heavy-duty hydraulic hose systems.

Instructions for Use
Do not operate the piston without a hose and fitting positioned in the crimping tool, as this may damage the tool. Use the tool carefully and keep hands and fingers clear of the crimping area during operation.
- Open the pressure release valve to fully retract the piston. Then close the valve again.
- Remove the locking pin from the pin hole and open the upper yoke. If necessary, rotate the hydraulic unit to the left to open the upper yoke.
- Insert the correct crimping die set together with the hose and fitting to be crimped.
- Close the upper yoke and secure it with the locking pin. Make sure the pin engages correctly in the hole.
- Operate the pump lever until strong resistance is felt.
- Open the pressure release valve and then remove the locking pin.
- Remove the hose and inspect the crimping result.
