MINI W11B16A Serpentine Belt Tensioner Lever and Locking Pin Set, as 118410 / 118470

This special tool set is designed for releasing and locking the serpentine belt tensioner on MINI models equipped with the W11B16A engine.

The counterhold tool allows the tensioner to be moved into the required position, while the locking pin secures it during removal and installation of the serpentine belt.

Important Information

If the oil sump must be removed, the air-conditioning compressor must also be lowered. This requires the serpentine belt tensioner to be released.

When used on vehicles with AISIN automatic transmissions, the tool pins must be shortened to a length of 5 mm.

For engines with code W10, item no. 46080 is required.
For engines with codes N12, N14, N16, N18, EP3 and EP6, item no. 103925 is required.
