Pneumatic Scissor Lift 2.5 t, 140–600 mm

Professional pneumatic scissor lift designed for raising the front or rear of suitable vehicles with a maximum load of up to 2.5 t.

The lift is positioned beneath the designated vehicle lifting points and combines a robust double-scissor steel structure with two pneumatic bellows for fast and convenient lifting.

It is particularly suitable for tyre service centres, roadside assistance and general repair workshops.

Double-Scissor Steel Construction

The robust X-frame uses a double-scissor steel construction to provide stable lifting throughout the working range.

Two durable pneumatic bellows made from resistant multi-layer material provide the lifting force, allowing the vehicle to be raised quickly with minimal physical effort.

The lifting range extends from 140 to 600 mm.

Rubber-Covered Lifting Saddle

The lifting saddle is equipped with a rubber contact pad to provide secure contact with the designated vehicle lifting point and help reduce the risk of surface damage.

A mechanical pin locking system is provided to secure the lifting mechanism in the appropriate position.

Mobile and Easy to Position

The lift is equipped with four rollers and a manoeuvring handle, making it easy to move and position within the workshop.

Its mobile construction allows the unit to be positioned individually according to the vehicle and required lifting point.

Pneumatic Operation

The lift operates using compressed air and is designed for a working pressure range of 6–9 bar.

The recommended operating pressure is 8 bar, and the compressed-air connection is 1/4".

An integrated overload safety valve helps protect the system against excessive load.
