This pneumatic device is designed for cleaning carbon deposits and combustion residues from spark plugs. Abrasive blasting media inside the cleaner removes deposits quickly and thoroughly.
The spark plug is inserted through the integrated rubber sealing ring and cleaned by operating the trigger. The cleaning result can be checked at regular intervals to prevent unnecessary blasting.
Flanges on both sides of the housing allow the cleaner to be securely mounted on a workbench.
Instructions for Use
- Loosen the clamp on the collection bag.
- Fill suitable abrasive blasting media into the cleaning device.
- Reattach the collection bag securely using the clamp.
- Connect the cleaner to the compressed-air system.
- Insert the spark plug into the rubber sealing ring.
- Press the trigger to begin cleaning.
- Release the trigger at regular intervals, remove the spark plug and inspect the cleaning result.
- Repeat the procedure as required until the deposits have been removed.
