Pneumatic Valve Lapping Set with 5 Rubber Adapters, 13-Piece

The pneumatic valve lapping set is designed exclusively for lapping intake and exhaust valves on petrol and diesel engines.

Its alternating rotary movement reproduces the action required for controlled valve lapping. Use the tool with fine valve grinding paste and select the rubber adapter matching the valve-head diameter.

Automatic Direction Reversal

The pneumatic mechanism automatically alternates the direction of rotation at a rate of 800 cycles per minute. This provides the repeated left-right movement required for even contact between the valve and valve seat.

Rubber Adapters

Five adapter diameters are included:

• 16 mm
• 20 mm
• 30 mm
• 35 mm
• 45 mm

The valve-head surface must be smooth and clean to ensure secure contact with the rubber adapter.
