Injector Seat Cutter for Mercedes CDI

This injector seat cutter for Mercedes CDI is an essential tool for working on diesel injectors in Mercedes-Benz vehicles with CDI engines. It is designed to mill and clean injector seats in the cylinder head and nozzle bores when replacing injectors or repairing leaking seats.

The cutter ensures an even and flat sealing surface, crucial for preventing compression leaks and soot accumulation around the injector. It can be operated manually or with a 13 mm or 17 mm wrench, providing flexibility and efficiency even in tight spaces.

Instructions for Use:

1. Remove the sealing ring from the injector.

2. Mount the milling head on the tool and clean the injector sealing surface by turning clockwise.

3. Insert the milling head into the injector bore and clean the seat in the cylinder head by turning clockwise with light pressure.

4. Visually inspect the sealing surfaces. Once completely clean and flat, the injector can be installed with a new sealing ring.
