Injector & Seat Milling Set 9-Piece

This 9-piece injector and seat milling set is designed for professional cleaning and machining of sealing surfaces in cylinder heads and injectors. Applications

• Cylinder Head Sealing Surface Cleaning: Select the correct cutter based on injector stem diameter and seat design. Mount the cutter on the guide mandrel, insert into the injector hole, and rotate clockwise with the T-handle until the surface is free of combustion residues and deposits.

• Injector Seat Cleaning: Attach the seat cutter to the injector and rotate with a socket wrench until the seat surface is fully cleaned. Verify the surface is smooth and residue-free before reassembly.

• Important: Always replace the sealing ring during reinstallation to ensure proper and long-lasting sealing.
