Step-by-Step Usage

Preparation:

1. Select and install the correct pressure gauge on the plexiglass body according to injector type.

2. Connect the appropriate hoses.

3. Disconnect the injector return line and attach the test tool.

4. Close the drain valve before measurement.

Testing Procedure:

• Engine running: Allow idle until the plexiglass chamber fills and read pressure.

• Engine not starting: Use starter and read pressure/vacuum.

Evaluation:
Compare measured values with manufacturer specifications. Deviations indicate injector faults.

Disassembly:

1. Ensure the system is depressurized.

2. Open the drain valve and collect fuel.

3. Disconnect the test tool and reconnect the injector return line.
