Usage – Step by Step

1. Remove the return line clamp from each injector.

2. Carefully disconnect the return line, including the plastic adapter.

3. Hang the aluminum bar with hooks, e.g., on the hood latch.

4. Connect a measuring cylinder or container to each injector using original mounts.

5. Start the engine and let it idle.

6. Fuel will fill each measuring vessel according to the injector return flow.

7. Turn off the engine if any container reaches max volume or noticeable differences in levels occur.

8. Compare fluid levels – a higher level in any container indicates a defective injector.

9. Minor deviations should be assessed against manufacturer specifications.
