This professional tool set is designed for the removal and installation of rear trailing arm bushes on Ford Fiesta IV and Ford Ka vehicles manufactured from 1996 onwards.
The tool allows the bushes to be replaced directly on the vehicle without removing the rear trailing arm, significantly reducing repair time and labour compared to conventional methods.

Bushing Removal
- Apply a penetrating oil to facilitate easier bushing removal.
- Install the tool as shown in the illustration for bushing removal.
- Ensure that the spindle (1) is properly lubricated before installation.
- Hold spindle nut (2) stationary using a 24 mm combination wrench.
- Using a 24 mm ratchet wrench or a 24 mm deep socket, turn spindle nut (6) clockwise to press the bushing (B) out of the bushing housing (A).
Bushing Installation
- Install the tool as shown in the illustration for bushing installation.
- Ensure that the spindle (1) is properly lubricated before installation.
- Hold spindle nut (2) stationary using a 24 mm combination wrench.
- Using a 24 mm ratchet wrench or a 24 mm deep socket, turn spindle nut (6) clockwise to press the bushing into the bushing housing (A).
