Teroson VR 2200 is designed for grinding and lapping valves and valve cones. The two compounds support both the initial material-removal stage and the subsequent fine finishing of the sealing surfaces.
Two-Stage Processing
The dual container includes:
- Coarse paste for preliminary grinding
- Fine paste for final lapping and surface finishing
This combination allows both working stages to be completed with one product.
Composition and Handling
The paste is based on water-soluble synthetic oil and fused aluminium oxide abrasive. Its thick consistency provides good adhesion to the valve and valve-seat surfaces during processing.
After use, the water-soluble formulation can be rinsed off easily.
