Turbo Charge Air System Pressure Test Kit with Regulator

This pressure testing kit is designed for accurate and efficient detection of leaks in turbocharged charge air systems. It is suitable for testing components such as boost hoses, intercoolers, and intake systems.

Application & Function

The system allows controlled pressurization of the charge air system using a standard compressed air connection (DN7.2).

Unlike basic solutions, this kit includes a pressure regulator with manometer, allowing the system to remain pressurized for extended periods. This helps to precisely locate leaks and assign them to specific components.

Leak detection methods include:

• Monitoring pressure drop over time
• Manual inspection (air escape)
• Use of leak detection spray or soapy water
