Universal Blanking Cap and Plug Set, 78-Piece, for Lines and Injectors, Ø 4–18 mm, M12–M16

This comprehensive blanking cap and plug set enables open lines, connections and injector fittings to be sealed quickly and cleanly during repairs, disassembly, cleaning, storage or transport.

The plugs and caps help prevent dirt, moisture and foreign objects from entering components or systems. Their bright yellow and red colours make them easy to identify in the engine compartment and reduce the risk of leaving one installed accidentally.

Individual sizes are also available separately.

Flexible Grip Caps

The set contains five flexible caps in each of eight diameters from Ø 4 to 18 mm.

These caps are designed to seal lines and external connections by sliding over the open end. They are easy to install, provide reliable sealing and can be removed quickly after completing the work.

Tapered Sealing Plugs

Five tapered plugs are included in each of four size ranges from 4 to 12 mm.

The conical design allows the plugs to be inserted or gently screwed into bores, lines, connections and internal threads to provide a secure temporary seal.

Threaded Sealing Caps

The set also contains six threaded caps in each of three sizes: M12 × 1.5, M14 × 1.5 and M16 × 1.5.

Each cap has an internal rubber seal and is suitable for threaded connections on injection systems and injectors. The three sizes cover most commonly used injector connections.

Assortment Case

All components are organised in a durable plastic assortment case with 15 compartments.
