This universal clutch alignment tool is designed for precise alignment and professional installation of single-plate clutch systems. The tool is suitable for clutch disc hub diameters from 15 mm to 28 mm and enables accurate centering directly against the friction surface of the clutch pressure plate.

The alignment process does not require centering through the pilot bearing or guide bearing, making the tool especially suitable for vehicles without pilot bearings.

Application Instructions

1. Select the appropriate expansion sleeve and slide it onto the expansion bolt.
2. Insert the expansion bolt through the center bore of the main body and thread the expansion nut several turns onto the bolt thread.
3. Position the clutch pressure plate onto the clutch disc and insert the alignment tool from the front through the pressure plate until the expansion sleeve is fully seated inside the clutch disc hub.
4. Expand the sleeve using the expansion nut until the tool is securely fixed inside the clutch disc hub.
5. Align the clutch disc against the friction surface of the pressure plate and secure the clutch disc by tightening the clamping nut against the diaphragm spring.
6. Install the clutch pressure plate together with the clutch disc onto the flywheel.
7. Loosen the clamping nut counterclockwise and remove the alignment tool.
