This professional hose clamp release tool is designed for releasing automatically tensioning spring band hose clamps used on cooling systems, intake systems and other automotive hose connections.

The specially designed toothed jaw profile securely grips a wide variety of clamp types and shapes that require the clamp lugs to be compressed during removal or installation.

Easy Access in Tight Spaces

The innovative design allows the clamp to be compressed either from the front or from the side, making it suitable for work in confined engine compartments where conventional hose clamp pliers may not fit.

This provides improved accessibility while maintaining a secure grip on the clamp throughout the operation.

Secure Locking Function

After positioning the tool on the clamp, compression can be continued using a 14 mm wrench.
