Valve Seat Cutter Set for Hardened and Standard Seats, 28–65 mm

This valve seat cutter set is designed for machining valve seats in cylinder heads. It can be used on both standard valve seats and hardened valve seats fitted to engines designed for unleaded fuel.

The combination of six double-sided cutters provides multiple diameters and cutting angles for repairing and reconditioning a wide range of valve seats.

Valve Seat Coverage

• Valve-seat diameter range: 28–65 mm
• Cutting angles: 30°, 45°, 60°, 68° and 75°
• Suitable for standard and hardened valve seats

Guide Pilots

The guide pilots centre the cutter accurately in the valve guide:

• 4 continuously adjustable guide pilots covering 6.5–12.5 mm
• 1 fixed guide pilot: 5.5 mm

Select the pilot according to the internal diameter of the valve guide.

• 28–35 mm: 45° and 75°
• 37–44 mm: 30° and 75°
• 37–46 mm: 45° and 68°
• 44–52 mm: 30° and 75°
• 46–60 mm: 30° and 45°
• 52–65 mm: 60° and 75°
