This professional wheel bearing tool has been specifically developed for replacing 92 mm wheel bearing and wheel hub units on the front axle of Mercedes V-Class, Mercedes Vito and Mercedes Viano vehicles.

The compact wheel bearing units installed in these vehicles feature integrated wheel hubs without a through-hole design, preventing the use of conventional spindle systems. This tool enables easy and cost-effective replacement of the wheel bearing assembly using a hydraulic workshop press.

This is the updated version of the previous tool Item no. 116752, with redesigned half-shells adapted for both earlier and newer generations of Ø92 mm compact wheel bearings.

The kit is intended for storage in workshop trolleys and service carts and is supplied without a storage case.

The outer profile of the half-shell assembly has been specifically redesigned for precise centering and improved stability during installation.

Special Installation System for Mercedes Vito

The kit includes a specially designed press bracket which enables correct and straight installation on Mercedes Vito Gen.2 applications.

Since the inner side of the wheel carrier does not provide a flat support surface, the press bracket is secured through the ball joint clamp and supported against the shock absorber mounting point.
