Professional Wheel Hub and Drive Shaft Puller with Impact Spindle for PCD 98–140 mm

This professional puller system provides an effective solution for removing seized wheel hubs and drive shafts. The combination of a wheel hub flange and impact spindle allows stubborn connections to be separated without the need for a hydraulic press.

The system is suitable for workshop repairs involving wheel hubs, drive shafts, bearings, bushings, ball joints, and other press-fit components.

Impact Spindle System

The tool operates by transferring axial impact force directly to the drive shaft or axle stub.

The impact spindle is positioned firmly against the component using the supplied striking ring wrench or another suitable hand tool. Controlled hammer blows applied to the spindle head generate powerful release forces that help separate seized or corroded connections.

This method provides very high release torque and is particularly effective on heavily corroded or bonded assemblies.

Alternative to Hydraulic Systems

The impact spindle is an excellent alternative to hydraulic spindles and grease-filled hydraulic systems when heat must be applied during disassembly.

Unlike hydraulic spindles, the impact spindle is not affected by damage to hydraulic seals caused by heating with a torch.

Hydraulic spindles may also lose their internal grease when overloaded above their rated capacity, while the impact spindle is capable of withstanding significantly higher mechanical loads.

Expandable System

The wheel hub flange can be expanded for additional applications using:

• Hollow hydraulic cylinders
• Slide hammers for wheel hub removal

The impact spindle is also compatible with universal press frames, allowing installation and removal of:

• Bushings
• Bearings
• Ball joints
• Other press-fit components
