This cooling system cleaning gun is designed for the fast and effective removal of deposits, contamination and blockages from complete cooling systems or individual components removed from the vehicle.

Cleaning is performed using a standard water supply combined with compressed air, creating a powerful flushing action that removes dirt and debris from the cooling system. The cleaning process can be carried out without solvents or aggressive chemicals, or they can be used more effectively when required.

Why Cooling Systems Become Blocked

Cooling systems may become contaminated due to:

Important

Our workshop testing and customer experience show that severely clogged heater cores may require more than one cleaning cycle. Repeated flushing does not necessarily mean the heater core must be replaced and is often worthwhile before carrying out the time-consuming replacement of the heater core.

When flushing the complete cooling system, thermostats, valves and similar components may need to be bypassed or removed. Individual cooling circuits should always be flushed separately.
