Clutch Version with Pilot Bearing

• Select the adapter matching the required diameter together with the appropriate spindle.
• Screw the adapter onto the front end of the spindle.
• Insert the tool through the clutch disc into the pilot bearing and expand the spindle until a rigid connection is achieved.
• The clutch can now be installed. Tighten the bolts evenly in a crosswise pattern.

Clutch Version without Pilot Bearing

• Select the spindle matching the required diameter and expand it inside the clutch disc.
• Use the cone adapter for the pressure plate and screw it onto the spindle until it is firmly seated.
• You can now tighten the bolts evenly in a crosswise pattern.

Use with Cone Adapters

• If no suitable pilot bearing adapter is available, centering can also be performed using the expandable spindles together with the cone adapters.
• Whenever possible, we recommend using the pilot bearing adapters, as they provide improved stability.

Use of the Pilot Bearing Extension

• Use the spacer between the spindle and the pilot bearing adapter if the distance between the pilot bearing and the clutch disc requires it.

Use of the Short Spindle

• On some vehicles with limited installation space, it may be necessary to use the short spindle version.
• Screw the spindle onto the adapter matching the correct diameter. The short spindle can then be installed.
