Technical Notes

• Counter-hold tool can be used as torque adapter (consider torque wrench length correction)
• Reference torque for camshaft pre-tension: 30 Nm (+ final angle tightening 35°)
• Camshaft adjuster markings must be aligned 180° opposite to housing marks
• Crankshaft rotation may be required for correct positioning
• Two types of sealing plugs must be handled differently (25 Nm or 40 Nm depending on type)
