This professional pneumatic brake bleeder is designed for daily workshop use and enables fast and efficient bleeding of brake and clutch hydraulic systems.
The unit operates using compressed air and is ideal for professional workshops requiring reliable, clean, and convenient brake fluid replacement.
Diaphragm Separation for Maximum Fluid Protection
The brake fluid is separated from the compressed air by a durable rubber diaphragm.
This design prevents moisture from entering the brake fluid system and protects the fluid from contamination caused by compressed air condensation, ensuring safer and more reliable brake service.
Adjustable Working Pressure
The working pressure can be continuously adjusted between 0 and 3 bar using the integrated pressure regulator.
The pressure gauge allows easy monitoring of the selected pressure, enabling the device to be adapted to different brake and clutch systems.
Fast and Convenient Operation
The filling hose is equipped with a Euro quick coupling, allowing adapters to be installed quickly and securely.
The 3.7 m connection hose provides excellent freedom of movement around the vehicle and enables convenient operation even when the vehicle is lifted.
A built-in safety valve provides additional protection during operation.
Large 5L Brake Fluid Reservoir
The integrated brake fluid reservoir has a capacity of 5 liters, allowing longer operation without frequent refilling.
This makes the device particularly suitable for professional workshops with high service volumes and frequent brake fluid changes.

Applications
Suitable for bleeding:
- Hydraulic brake systems
- Hydraulic clutch systems
The supplied E20 adapter is compatible with many of the most common European brake fluid reservoirs.
Filling the Unit
- Make sure there is no compressed air inside the brake bleeder. To release any remaining pressure, open the air inlet valve and the shut-off valve.
-
Once all compressed air has been released, remove the filler cap.
Note: If the rubber diaphragm located directly beneath the filler cap does not move down, it must be depressed using the venting adapter and compressed air. Place the venting adapter onto the filler opening and carefully blow compressed air into the brake bleeder with an air blow gun until the diaphragm is pushed down.
-
Fill the unit with brake fluid and close the filler opening with the cap.
Note: Do not fill the unit above the upper edge of the filler neck.
Bleeding the Unit
Warning: After each refill with brake fluid, the unit must be bled as described below:
- Close the shut-off valve, filling valve and air inlet valve.
- Ensure that the filler cap is securely tightened.
- Connect the brake bleeder to the compressed air system.
-
Open the air inlet valve and the shut-off valve and adjust the pressure to 1.2 bar using the pressure regulator.
If the safety valve opens, the pressure is set too high.
- Connect the adapter to the quick coupling.
- Hold the adapter over a suitable container and briefly open the filling valve until brake fluid flows out of the adapter free of air bubbles.
The unit is now ready for use.
Filling and Bleeding the Brake System
- Close the shut-off valve, filling valve and air inlet valve.
- Ensure that the filler cap is securely tightened.
- Connect the brake bleeder to the compressed air system.
-
Open the air inlet valve and the shut-off valve and adjust the pressure to 1.2 bar using the pressure regulator.
The set pressure can be monitored on the pressure gauge. If the safety valve opens, the pressure is set too high.
- Close the air inlet valve.
- The brake bleeder can now be disconnected from the compressed air system.
- Screw the adapter onto the vehicle's brake fluid reservoir.
- Connect the quick coupling to the adapter.
-
Open the filling valve and bleed the brake system according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
Note: Always follow the instructions provided by the vehicle manufacturer when bleeding the brake system.
- After completing the bleeding procedure, close the filling valve.
- Disconnect the filling hose from the adapter and remove the adapter from the vehicle.
- Check the brake fluid level and correct it if necessary.
