This injector seat cutter Ø 20 mm is designed to remove carbon deposits and contamination from diesel injector sealing seats, ensuring precise and flat surfaces before installing new injectors or gaskets. Proper cleaning is critical to prevent compression leaks and future engine issues.

The cutter features a 20 mm milling head with 17 mm key and clamp screw, made from high-alloy chrome-molybdenum steel (SKD11) for long-lasting performance. Each cutter is precisely milled, ground, and surface-treated for optimal results.

For best results, use with lubrication grease and apply light hand pressure—excessive force may damage the seat. For rework depths over 0.2 mm, a stronger heat-protection washer (Art-Nr. KT11060) is recommended.
