Application Instructions

Select the appropriate clutch disc centering adapter (1–8) according to the inner diameter of the clutch disc and slide it onto the alignment shaft. Ensure that the tapered side of the adapter faces the threaded end of the shaft.
Select the corresponding pilot bearing centering adapter (9–16) and mount it onto the threaded end of the alignment shaft.
Slide the clutch disc onto the clutch disc centering adapter.
Insert the alignment shaft together with the clutch disc and pilot bearing adapter into the pilot bearing. Ensure the clutch disc is installed in the correct orientation according to the flywheel-side marking.
Install the clutch pressure plate assembly. While tightening the bolts, ensure that the alignment tool remains properly positioned.
Remove the alignment tool after installation is completed.
